It's playoff time, and West had no trouble coming through when it counted. They claimed a resounding 81-54 victory over the Valley Center Hornets. The Chargers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Valley Center still got an impressive performance from Nash Jamolod, who shot 71% from the field on his way to 13 points and six assists. Those 13 points gave Jamolod a new career-high. Colby J newton was another key player, putting up 11 points.

The win (which was West's third in a row) raised their record to 12-8. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.7 points over those games. As for Valley Center, their loss dropped their record down to 11-11.

Looking ahead, West will take on Kapaun Mt. Carmel at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Kapaun Mt. Carmel's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 14 games. Valley Center does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
