Illinois C had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Crusaders in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now won six in a row.

HomeSchool Resource Center has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-8-2 record this season.
