Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Alexandria). They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 115-52 win over the Detroit Lakes Lakers. Winning may never get old, but the Cardinals sure are getting used to it with their 18th in a row.

Chase Thompson was his usual excellent self, en route to 50 points. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 46% in the last 19 games he's played. Gavin Roderick was another key player, on his way to 22 points.

Alexandria pushed their record up to 22-3 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 44.6 points. As for Detroit Lakes, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-11.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cardinals take on the Tigers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Detroit Lakes, they will face off against Brainerd at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
