Volleyball Recap: Normandy Takes a Loss

If Normandy was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of St. Martin de Porres last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Invaders came up short against the Hudson Explorers on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-16, 25-11.

Normandy's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Hudson, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Normandy is set to face off against their familiar foe Brecksville-Broadview Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hudson will take on rival Medina at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
