There's no place like home for Cross Roads, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They put the hurt on the Meridian Yellowjackets with a sharp 20-0 win on Friday. The Bobcats not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 6, 2024 (when they won 36-14).

The victory got Cross Roads back to even at 1-1. As for Meridian, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Cross Roads will venture away from home to challenge Bishop Gorman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Meridian, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Bosqueville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
