With a playoff win on the line, Caston rose to the challenge on Thursday. They came out on top against the DeMotte Christian Knights by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Comets: when they faced off against the Knights back in August, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

The win made it two in a row for Caston and bumps their season record up to 8-23. As for DeMotte Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-20 record this season.

Caston will challenge South Newton at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. DeMotte Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
