South Pointe had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the A.C. Flora Falcons 56-14 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Stallions sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.
South Pointe's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from R.J. Brown, who rushed for 59 yards and two TDs on only six carries. Dailan Duncan also helped out with an impressive 103 receiving yards.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: South Pointe was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 250 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 178 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.
South Pointe's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB ten times. The heavy lifting was done by Seth Tillman and Brysen Ginn, who racked up 5.5 sacks between them.
