Football Recap: North Forsyth Takes a Loss + How To Watch

North Forsyth extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to four on Friday, dropping them down to 0-3. They lost 22-0 to the Carver Yellowjackets. The Vikings were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yellowjackets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2021.

Cyncere Goff threw for 112 yards on 19 of 37 attempts. Tysean Zoker was his top target, picking up 29 receiving yards.

As for Carver, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 30.0 points this season.

Jaden Gause-Hughes was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 147 yards on only 14 carries.

North Forsyth didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 13-8 win against Parkland on the 12th. As for Carver, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 44-0 victory against College Prep & Leadership Academy on the 12th.
