Basketball Recap: Forest Hills Central Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Forest Hills Central Rangers came up short against the South Christian Sailors and fell 65-52. While losing is never fun, the Rangers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 136th, while the Sailors are ranked 22nd).

Forest Hills Central dropped their record down to 11-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for South Christian, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 17-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forest Hills Central will take on Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Christian, it'll be Northside v. Southside when they and Northview meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
