Soccer Recap: Gettysburg Comes Up Short

Gettysburg lost against Shippensburg on September 4th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors fell just short of the Greyhounds by a score of 4-3. Gettysburg have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Gettysburg's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Shippensburg, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Gettysburg will take on rival Boiling Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Shippensburg is set to square off against their familiar foe James Buchanan at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
