Softball Recap: Randolph Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Randolph had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Roxbury Gaels on Monday, sneaking past 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since April 4th.

Breanna Colburn spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on ten hits.

At the plate, Autumn Liebhauser was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and three runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniella Gizienski, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Randolph's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Roxbury, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-6.

As of now, neither Randolph nor the Gaels have any future games scheduled.
