Viewmont is a perfect 3-0 against Box Elder since March of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Vikings are taking a road trip to square off against the Bees at 6:30 p.m.

Viewmont is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Bountiful, who was ranked 12th at the time (Viewmont was ranked 17th). The Vikings fell just short of the RedHawks by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Vikings have struggled against the RedHawks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Viewmont took Bountiful into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 21-25, 22-25, 25-22, 15-8.

Meanwhile, Box Elder made easy work of Green Canyon on Saturday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bees.

Box Elder's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Viewmont, their loss dropped their record down to 14-6.

Viewmont beat Box Elder 3-1 in their previous meeting back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
