Basketball Recap: West Point Comes Up Short

West Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 30-27 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ironwood Eagles.

West Point's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Ironwood, their win bumped their record up to 4-8.

West Point wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 67-22 loss against Red Mountain on the 7th. As for Ironwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 46-39 defeat against ALA - Gilbert North on the 3rd.
