Basketball Game Preview: Lindbergh Eagles vs. Highline Pirates

The Lindbergh Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Highline Pirates at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Lindbergh turned things around against Evergreen on Saturday. They managed a 34-30 win over the Wolverines.

Meanwhile, Highline had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They walked away with a 47-35 victory over the Titans.

Lindbergh's win bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Highline, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.

Lindbergh might still be hurting after the 55-33 defeat they got from Highline in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. Can Lindbergh avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
