The Haltom Buffalos will take on the Bowie Volunteers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Haltom is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight matches on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Martin.

The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-9, 25-5.

Meanwhile, Bowie came up short against Arlington on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Haltom's loss dropped their record down to 11-18. As for Bowie, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-14.

Haltom was able to grind out a solid victory over Bowie in their previous matchup back in September, winning 3-1. Do the Buffalos have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Volunteers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
