Softball Recap: Lancaster Comes Up Short

Lancaster lost to Clarence back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Redskins took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Devils. The Redskins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brennah DeWald was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Emma Andolina also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

The defeat was their first on the road, dropping their record down to 2-2. As for Clarence, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Coming up, Lancaster will challenge Frontier at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Falcons' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Redskins' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Clarence, they will welcome Orchard Park at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
