Soccer Recap: Greenbrier Takes a Loss

Greenbrier came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the White House-Heritage Patriots. Greenbrier were not able to make up for their loss to White House-Heritage from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Greenbrier's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for White House-Heritage, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenbrier will venture away from home to take on White House at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Greenbrier are facing White House at the right time seeing as White House are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for White House-Heritage, they will head out on the road to challenge East Robertson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. East Robertson will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each game than the last.
