Basketball Game Preview: Boscobel Bulldogs vs. Darlington Redbirds

Boscobel is 1-9 against Darlington since February of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Boscobel Bulldogs will host the Darlington Redbirds at 7:30 p.m.

Boscobel is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Tuesday. They were beaten by Cuba City 93-41. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 408th, while the Cubans are ranked 50th).

Meanwhile, Darlington came tearing into Tuesday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 50-34 win over the Golden Eagles.

Boscobel's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Darlington, their victory bumped their record up to 13-6.
