Football Recap: Alief Hastings Bears vs. Bellaire Cardinals
Alief Hastings came into Thursday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They claimed a resounding 44-7 victory over the Bellaire Cardinals at home. The Bears' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Alief Hastings had a senior duo take command as Sincere Nealy rushed for 191 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries and Jadien Douglas rushed for 123 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. Nealy's longest rush was for an incredible 90 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Madden Harvey, who rushed for 39 yards and a touchdown.
