Sugar-Salem extended their winning streak to 15 games thanks to a huge performance from Andee Petterson. The Sugar-Salem Diggers breezed by the Snake River Panthers to the tune of 64-22 on Friday thanks in part to Petterson, who went 6 for 8 on her way to 18 points in addition to seven assists and four steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.
The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Dougherty, who posted two points and eight steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last nine games she's played.
Sugar-Salem pushed their record up to 15-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Snake River, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-13.
