Bishop O'Dowd has gone a perfect 6-0 against Berkeley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Dragons will be playing at home against the Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. Bishop O'Dowd has given up an average of 27 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bishop O'Dowd is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Castro Valley by a score of 54-42 on Friday. The Dragons haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Berkeley hadn't done well against San Leandro recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Yellowjackets skirted past the Pirates 21-18.

A big part of Berkeley's win came down to the chemistry between IDAN WADE-CURIEL and his top target DAILEN CLARK. WADE-CURIEL threw for 340 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.7 yards per attempt while CLARK picked up 147 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. WADE-CURIEL's passing game has become a key predictor of Berkeley's success: the team is 2-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 0-3 otherwise. A healthy portion of WADE-CURIEL's aerial production (93 yards to be exact) also went to CALEB WRIGHT.

Berkeley's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Bishop O'Dowd, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Bishop O'Dowd took their victory against Berkeley in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 34-13 score. Will the Dragons repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
