            Mountain View is 0-10 against Northridge since September of 2015 but things could change  on Thursday. The Mountain Lions will be playing at home against the Grizzlies  at 6:30  p.m. Mountain View has given up an average of 5.4  goals per game this season, but Thursday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Tuesday just wasn't the day for Mountain View's offense. They lost  9-0 to Severance on Tuesday.
 Meanwhile, Thompson Valley kept up with Northridge until halftime  on Monday, but afterwards: not so much. The Grizzlies' defense stepped up to hand the Eagles  a   5-0 shutout. Considering Northridge have won five contests by more than two  goals this season, Monday's  blowout was nothing new.
 The  win was  the third in a row for Northridge, bringing their record up to 7-5-1. Those  victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  scored 16  goals over those three  matchups. As for Mountain View, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
 Mountain View suffered a grim  8-1 defeat to Northridge  in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024. That  match was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Mountain Lions were down  4-1.
