Basketball Recap: Altamont Picks Up Sixth Straight Win on the Road

Altamont won the last time they faced Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg and things went their way on Thursday too. The Altamont Indians took down Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg 67-53.

Altamont's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kade Milleville, who went 8-for-13 en route to 20 points and six boards. Milleville's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Cooper Mcmanaway, who went 7-for-17 on his way to 19 points and six rebounds.

Altamont's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-12. As for Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg, their loss dropped their record down to 15-13.

Altamont didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-49 win against Marshall on the 21st. As for Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg, they will take on Brownstown/St. Elmo at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
