It's playoff time, and Johnson-Brock had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Southern Raiders 69-46 on Thursday. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Brody Koehler was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double with 28 points and nine boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game. Austin Meyer was another key player, putting up eight points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Johnson-Brock smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in six consecutive games.

Johnson-Brock's victory was their 21st straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 25-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.5 points. As for Southern, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-13.

Looking ahead, Johnson-Brock will be playing at home against Blue Hill at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Johnson-Brock knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Blue Hill likes a good challenge. Southern does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
