Volleyball Recap: Aurora East Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Aurora East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glenbard North Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tomcats of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-14.

Aurora East's defeat dropped their record down to 2-22. As for Glenbard North, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Aurora East will square off against Bartlett at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Glenbard North, they will face off against Geneva at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
