Basketball Game Preview: San Jacinto Tigers vs. Indio Rajahs

The San Jacinto Tigers and the Indio Rajahs will round out the year against one another at at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in San Jacinto's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.

Last Thursday, San Jacinto strolled past Rubidoux with points to spare, taking the game 70-56. That's two games straight that the Tigers have won by exactly 14 points.

Meanwhile, Indio was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 60-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Palo Verde Valley.

San Jacinto has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game. As for Indio, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

San Jacinto was dealt a bruising 69-29 defeat at the hands of Indio when the teams last played back in December of 2022.
