Basketball Recap: Allen Makes It Five in a Row on the Road

Allen won the last time they faced Roff and things went their way on Friday too. The Allen Mustangs put the hurt on the Roff Tigers with a sharp 66-42 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Allen's victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points per game. As for Roff, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Allen will take on Stratford in a holiday battle at at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stratford is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.4 points per game this season. As for Roff, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Amber-Pocasset at 8:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
