Volleyball Recap: Maple River Comes Up Short

The Maple River Eagles came up short against the Cavalier Tornadoes on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Maple River's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-20-2. As for Cavalier, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-4.

Maple River wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Wyndmere/Lidgerwood on the 4th. As for Cavalier, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter on the 4th.
