Fall River won the last time they faced Pardeeville and things went their way on Thursday too. The Pirates walked away with a 6-3 win over the Bulldogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pirates.

Connor Veith spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on nine hits.

At the plate, Ethan Stai was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double. Ben Bolman was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Fall River's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Pardeeville, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fall River will take on Randolph at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pardeeville, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Westfield Area at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
