Softball Recap: Lynbrook Owls vs. New Hyde Park Memorial Gladiators
Lynbrook took a six-run loss the last time they faced off against New Hyde Park Memorial, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Owls had just enough and edged out the Gladiators 15-14 on Monday. The win was familiar territory for the Owls, who have now won six contests in a row.
Bianca Lobosco was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamila DeJesus, who went 3-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and one double.
