Baseball Recap: Parkrose Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Parkrose's offense. They fell 4-0 to the Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts Mustangs on Wednesday. The Broncos were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 6-5.

Parkrose dropped their record down to 7-16 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parkrose will face off against Putnam at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts, they will take on Canby at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
