Soccer Recap: Nettleton Plays to a Tie

Nettleton and Buffalo Island Central pushed the score to 9-7 the last time they played Buffalo Island Central, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. Neither the Raiders nor the Mustangs could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Nettleton's first draw of the season.

Coincidentally, Nettleton and Buffalo Island Central will both be playing Central the next time they take the pitch. The Raiders will host the Tigers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 2:30 p.m.
