Riverside Academy got themselves on the board against Crescent City Christian on Thursday, but Crescent City Christian never followed suit. Everything went their way against the Crescent City Christian Pioneers as they made off with a 17-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won six games by 14 runs or more so far this season.

Riverside Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. Crescent City Christian is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Riverside Academy will welcome Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crescent City Christian, they have already played their next contest, a 17-0 loss against St. Martin's Episcopal on the 17th.
