            Volleyball Recap: Dunnellon Tigers vs. Wildwood Wildcats        
        
		
        
        
            It was a proper cat-fight when Dunnellon took on Wildwood on Thursday. The Tigers came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of  3-1. The  win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won four in a row.
 Dunnellon had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-17, 25-23,  25-16.
Dunnellon's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Francesca Capobianco led the charge by  getting six  aces. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jayliana Lopez Neumann, who  had 12  digs.
 They weren't the only good server: Dunnellon  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 18  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least nine  aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Dunnellon's first  victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Wildwood,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 1-4.
 Looking ahead, Dunnellon will face off against Belleview at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Wildwood and Bronson will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
