Volleyball Recap: St. Francis Takes a Loss

If St. Francis was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Robbinsdale Cooper on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Fighting Saints took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Zimmerman Thunder on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Fighting Saints in their meetings with the Thunder: they've now lost six in a row.

St. Francis' loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Zimmerman, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

St. Francis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Zimmerman, they will face off against Big Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
