Monday just wasn't the day for Byron's offense. They lost 12-0 to Mt. Morris on Monday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last seven times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, Bath also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Pewamo-Westphalia on Thursday, falling 10-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Fighting Bees in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost eight in a row.

Having lost for the first time this season, Byron fell to 2-1. As for Bath, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
