            Volleyball Recap: Washington Rams vs. Carl Hayden Community Falcons        
        
		
        
        
            Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They fell  3-1 to the Carl Hayden Community Falcons.
 While Washington ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19, 22-25,  25-22.
 Ben Marquez paced Washington's offense, picking up 11 kills. Marquez got some help from  Byar Reh and his 13 assists. Reh was also solid from the service line:  he led the team with five aces.
Washington's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Carl Hayden Community,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 7-10.
 Looking ahead, Washington will square off against Youngker at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Carl Hayden Community, they have already played their next game,  a  3-0  defeat against Metro Tech on the 16th.
