Soccer Recap: Amsterdam Takes a Loss

Amsterdam and Broadalbin-Perth pushed the score to 8-2 the last time they played Broadalbin-Perth, but on Thursday defenses reigned supreme. The Rams fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 1-0. Amsterdam were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Broadalbin-Perth earlier this season, when they won 8-2.

This is the second loss in a row for Amsterdam and nudges their season record down to 6-8-2. As for Broadalbin-Perth, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-8-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Amsterdam nor Broadalbin-Perth have any future games scheduled.
