Soccer Recap: Waynesville Comes Up Short

Waynesville lost against Central back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. Waynesville have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Waynesville's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Central, their win ended an eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-14.

Waynesville didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Osage on the 10th. As for Central, they will venture away from home to square off against Kickapoo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
