Soccer Recap: Sacred Heart-Griffin Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Sacred Heart-Griffin's offense. They came up short against the Triad Knights on Tuesday, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Sacred Heart-Griffin can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 228th, while Triad are ranked 55th).

Sacred Heart-Griffin now has a losing record of 9-10-4. As for Triad, they pushed their record up to 14-6-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

As of now, neither Sacred Heart-Griffin nor the Knights have any future games scheduled.
