Burlington-Edison entered their tilt with Northwest on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They took down the Northwest House 71-55. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the House, too.

Burlington-Edison's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Northwest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Burlington-Edison will square off against Lynden Christian at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Lynden Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Burlington-Edison likes a good challenge. As for Northwest, they will face off against Seattle Academy at 12:45 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
