Soccer Game Preview: Keene vs. Laconia

The Keene Blackbirds will challenge the Laconia Sachems at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Keene is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight matches on Saturday. They came up short against Lebanon, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Laconia came up short against Plymouth on Friday and fell 3-1. That's two games in a row now that Laconia have lost by exactly two goals.

Keene's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Laconia, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.

Everything went Keene's way against Laconia in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Keene made off with a 7-1 victory. Will the Blackbirds repeat their success, or do the Sachems have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
