Basketball Recap: Cape Elizabeth Takes a Loss

Cape Elizabeth lost against Freeport back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cape Elizabeth Capers were dealt a 55-16 defeat at the hands of the Freeport Falcons.

Cape Elizabeth's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Freeport, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Cape Elizabeth will take on Mountain Valley in a holiday battle at at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Freeport, it'll be Battle of the Birds when the Freeport Falcons duke it out with the Mt. Ararat Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
