Baseball Recap: Honey Grove Takes a Loss

Honey Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 8-4 to the Muenster Hornets.

Honey Grove saw nine different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brody Mahan, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Honey Grove's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Muenster, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-8-2.

As of now, neither Honey Grove nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
