Volleyball Recap: Dutch Fork Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses at Home + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chapin, Dutch Fork was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the White Knoll Timberwolves by a score of 3-1. The Silver Foxes have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Timberwolves, too.

Dutch Fork walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-16, 25-21, 21-25, 25-12.

Dutch Fork found their leader in freshman Paige Mundy, who had 11 digs and three aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Mundy. Luna Valencia also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Dutch Fork was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Dutch Fork's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-5. As for White Knoll, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5-2.

Dutch Fork has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Lexington on the 23rd. As for White Knoll, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Brookland-Cayce on the 20th.
