Basketball Recap: Arlington Wins Going Away Against Cordova

Arlington won the last time they faced Cordova and things went their way on Friday too. The Arlington Tigers put the hurt on the Cordova Wolves with a sharp 64-41 win. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Arlington found their leader in sophomore Zaria Moss, who almost dropped a double-double with 29 points and nine steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Moss has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Wirt, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 11 rebounds.

Arlington is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-13 record this season. As for Cordova, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-16.

Arlington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Cordova has already played their next game (against Southwind), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
