The biggest upset of the week belonged to Page, who defeated 114th ranked Monument Valley, 28-26.

Micheas Pineda of Ganado ran for the longest rushing play in IV Section I this season against Greyhills Academy last week. Pineda's team bested the Fightin' Knights as he sprinted for 69 yards on the play and finished with 127 in all.

Keanu Mitchell was a key player and the best on defense this week as the Mustangs lost to the Sand Devils. The 5-foot-10 senior nabbed 1 interception.

Redmond Delmar threw for 330 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was 19-42 with 0 interceptions.

Delmar put up the best numbers in passing as Monument Valley lost to Page. Delmar's favorite target this week was Mitchell, who caught 7 passes for 124 yards.

Bryan M. Begay's team's Delmar and Mitchell have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Delmar has thrown for 1,479 yards this season, while Mitchell has 31 catches for 584 yards. Window Rock's Delano (Tony) Walker leads the league in rushing yards with 803.

One of the league's premier quarterbacks will face off with its top pass rusher when the Mustangs and Winslow face off next week.

A big matchup in IV Section I this week will be when Jeff Wheatley's team takes on Ganado. As it stands, the Sand Devils are in fourth, while Brandon Newcomb's team is in first.

The Bulldogs took down the Fighting Scouts 59-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. James Martinez threw for 81 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 32 yards in the win.
