Football Recap: Montgomery Vikings vs. Analy Tigers
Montgomery was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 56-49 to the Analy Tigers. Victor Villarreal continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Analy, rushing for 261 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, and also picking up 36 receiving yards. Those 261 rushing yards gave Villarreal a new career-high.
Montgomery's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Analy, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-6.
