Brody Welford Game Report: @ Choctaw County

Passers beware: Brody Welford came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made two total tackles and defended one pass as Southern Choctaw took down Choctaw County 31-6. We hope Welford's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Coming up, Welford and Southern Choctaw will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Shields at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians are a perfect 3-0 against the Panthers going back to October of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
