Softball Game Preview: Nettleton Tigers vs. Choctaw County Chargers

The Nettleton Tigers will challenge the Choctaw County Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Nettleton's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last six matches.

Nettleton is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They never let Winona get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. The result was nothing new for Nettleton, who have now won 16 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Choctaw County put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over Humphreys County.

Nettleton's victory bumped their record up to 29-3-1. As for Choctaw County, their win bumped their record up to 11-16.
